Frequency of sessions and length of treatment

The frequency of therapy sessions and the length of treatment vary depending on individual needs.  Cognitive-behavioral therapy is designed to be a relatively short-term treatment.  Treatment may be as brief as a few months or it may continue well beyond that, depending on treatment goals as well as practical constraints.  Early in treatment, therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or once every two weeks.  As treatment progresses, sessions may be scheduled less frequently, allowing more time for clients to practice new skills

Payment and Insurance

Dr. Bach does not accept insurance directly but many insurance plans will reimburse some portion of the fee.  Insurance benefits vary so it is important to call and ask whether your plan reimburses for services with out-of-network providers.  Dr. Bach can provide a billing statement that documents payments and provides all of the information necessary for reimbursement.
